The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager - Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide strategic and commercial advice to leadership teams, develop strong assumptions for business cases, and present clear plans to improve financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Business Partnering
  • Reporting, budgeting & corporate planning
  • Day-to-day financial management

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years' business partnering experience, ideally in FMCG, Retail, or Pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong commercial focus, distilling complex data into actionable reports for senior management.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complexity and foster effective partnerships across functions.
  • Comfortable in lean environments with broad responsibilities.
  • Extensive experience in management accounting, performance management, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling with large datasets.
  • Expertise in project financial evaluation, formal business case preparation, and ERP/BI tools such as SAP, BPC, and PowerBI.
