Commercial Finance Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Formats & Operations Finance Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and financial performance across our rapidly expanding business unit. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic and commercial advice to leadership teams
- Developing strong business cases and presenting clear plans to improve financial targets
- Navigating risks and opportunities through effective P&L management
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years' business partnering experience in FMCG, Retail, or Pharmaceuticals
- Strong commercial focus and ability to distill complex data into actionable reports
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complexity and foster effective partnerships across functions
- Comfortable working in lean environments with broad responsibilities
- Extensive experience in management accounting, performance management, reporting, and budgeting
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling with large datasets
- Expertise in project financial evaluation, formal business case preparation, and ERP/BI tools such as SAP, BPC, and PowerBI
