Retail Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a talented retail leader with a genuine passion for footwear to join our iconic brand in a retail operations manager capacity at our concession store. This role will see you:

  • Support and lead a small team of dedicated retail experts
  • Complete operational activities including rostering, inventory management, visual merchandising, reporting, recruitment, training and coaching
  • Demonstrate genuine and personalised service
  • Contribute to the achievement sales and key performance indicator targets
  • Actively promote the brand as a Nine West ambassador
  • Liaise with concession support staff

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proven retail (fashion) management experience
  • Unconditionally high standards of management and customer service delivery
  • Proven experience in the strategic selling skills
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives
  • A committed and pro-active work ethic
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and foster a fun, dynamic team environment
