Job Overview

As the leader in sports fashion, we are seeking an experienced professional to supervise our footwear operations.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze sales data and implement effective inventory management strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and excellent communication skills to lead a team of professionals.

About the Role

  • Manage and coordinate the receipt and storage of footwear shipments from suppliers.
  • Oversee the daily operation of the footwear department including stockroom organization and maintenance of a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure visually appealing store displays that drive sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and secure optimal delivery schedules.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively motivate and guide a team of sales associates and other store staff.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
