About the opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to lead our Communications team The Corporate Communications Manager will take full accountability for all internal communications, ensuring that it is engaging, consistent, and reflective of the Company's values and business objectives. This extends to the external branding and the positioning of Munro Footwear Group, including media releases, LinkedIn, and marketing of the group's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to prospective employees.
This role will see you partner across the business on all thing's communication, specifically:

- Designing engaging content to assist in the understanding and adoption of our company objectives whilst fostering employee engagement
- Designing initiatives to increase the MFG's brand recognition and awareness, including overseeing the redesign of the corporate website and brand identity
- Collaboration with business leads to develop and deliver internal communication strategies that support transformation and change
- Defining the Communications Department goals and the strategies by which these goals will be achieved and resourced. This is an excellent opportunity for a communications professional to take our internal communications plans and strategies to the next level, work with a broad variety of stakeholders, and drive our Company's brand identity.

About you.
You're comfortable managing multiple workflows with competing deadlines, can proof and edit content with your eyes closed, and are eager to drive communications best practices across our business.

- Expertise in delivering versatile communication solutions suitable for a variety of delivery methods
- Experienced in the end-to-end design and delivery of communication & PR strategies
- Experience working with agencies, graphic designers, and other creative support
- Team management experience is preferable
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to write in different voices.
