About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiography Team Lead to deliver exceptional patient care and oversee the team's service delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing examinations, establishing protocols, and developing clinical services within the specialist modality.

  • Manage the service delivery of examinations as performed for General X-ray (all admission types), Mobiles, and Fluoroscopy.
  • Establish clinical protocols, manuals, quality assurance, and continuous quality improvement activities.
  • Develop focussed clinical service and leadership within the specialist modality and support staff through performance development and mentoring.
  • Provide high-level radiography services to patients and clients.
Key Requirements
  • AHPRA registration to work as a Radiographer in Australia, with a valid EPA Radiation Licence.
  • Ability to perform complex clinical procedures within specialist modality with a high degree of competency.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and complete activities either individually or as part of a team.
