Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a team of radiographers to achieve high-quality patient care outcomes
  • To develop and implement effective protocols and procedures to ensure efficient and safe working practices
  • To maintain and enhance relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including medical staff, patients and their families
  • To identify and address areas for improvement and implement changes to improve service delivery

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Radiographer or similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Current registration with AHPRA and Victorian radiation licence
  • Qualifications in Medical Imaging (Bachelor of Science or equivalent)
