**Drive Strategic Growth with Data Insights**

We're seeking a highly skilled analyst to help drive global marketing strategies with data-driven decisions and insights.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, including ROI, conversion rates, and other key metrics. You will gather, extract, and manipulate raw data from multiple sources to pool and cross-check transactions, generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

You will also develop insights and trends from data analysis to inform marketing strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness. Additionally, you will create and maintain dashboards and tools that provide real-time visibility into marketing performance, automating tasks and improving data accuracy through scripting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.
  • Insight Generation: Develop insights and trends from data analysis.
  • Dashboards & Tools: Create and maintain marketing performance dashboards and tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and business intelligence teams.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in forecasting marketing performance and budgeting.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience as a data analyst in marketing, payment, finance, or operations sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools like Python and SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong Google suite integration experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience with sports and gambling industries.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Jira, and Intercom.
  • Exposure to Netsuite.
