Retail Customer Service Representatives

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to fill the role of Casual Retail Assistants across various campuses. The position involves providing exceptional customer service, undertaking housekeeping tasks and ensuring accurate sales and returns recording.
About the Role- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers
- Undertake regular housekeeping tasks to maintain a high standard presentation of the shop
- Ensure accurate and efficient recording of sales and returns, including EFTPOS, credit card, student and staff transactions
- Assist with stocktake and other administrative tasks as required
- Previous experience in customer service or retail roles is highly desirable
- A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and providing excellent service
- A positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills with ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends
