Job Title: Aged Care Services ManagerSalary Information:The estimated salary for this position is $112241.6 per annum based on a 68 hour fortnightly schedule.
Job DescriptionThe Aged Care Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the following service areas: Support at Home (Home Care Packages Program), Commonwealth Home Support Programme, Aged Care Finance, and Aged Care Administration Support.
The successful candidate will provide high-level leadership to staff across multiple aged care service areas and partner agencies within the program.
- Ensure that all service standards and targets are met and that appropriate processes are in place to enable continuous improvement of services
- Participate in the development of service budgets and business plans and ensuring business plan objectives and budget targets are achieved
The current vacancy is for a part-time role to cover parental leave and annual leave.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Management qualifications preferred and/or years of experience in aged care
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aged care
- Leadership skills and experience in managing a team
- Sound understanding of the aged care sector
- Ability to interpret financial data and develop budgets
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
