Hotel Front Desk Assistant Role

The Front Desk Agent position involves maintaining a well-organized and efficient front desk area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rating rooms accurately and adjusting the room rack as necessary.
  • Running daily alert date reports and reviewing out-of-order and off-market rooms.
  • Responding to guest requests and offering assistance with check-out and other services.
  • Performing other duties assigned by the Front Desk Manager.
Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent education is required. Preferably, candidates should have minimum front desk/hotel experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong mathematical skills relevant to the position's responsibilities.
