Job Opportunity
We are seeking a part-time customer service representative to join our team at a new store in Shepparton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert customer service, promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program, and developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice.
About The Role
- You will possess previous experience in a retail environment and strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers.
- You will have an energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job, competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office, and the ability to multi-task and prioritise your work effectively.
- You will be required to maintain a strong attention to detail and contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping.
