Highly Skilled Database Administrator Required

We are seeking a highly skilled database administrator with extensive experience in managing and maintaining complex database environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and optimizing Oracle databases for high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Oracle databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Configure and optimize Xtreme Components for effective database management.
  • Implement and manage Oracle XStream CDC Source connectors for the Confluent Platform.
  • Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and implement database solutions that meet business needs.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficiency in Xtreme Components Configuration.
  • Experience in Oracle XStream CDC Source connector for Confluent Platform Configuration.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Database Administration.

Preferred Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Kafka and its integration with database systems.
  • Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
  • Familiarity with cloud database solutions and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in database administration, with a focus on Oracle databases.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle Database Administration or related technologies are a plus.
