At the forefront of innovative projects, we connect exceptional professionals with cutting-edge initiatives. Our Federal Government client is seeking a seasoned Ict Project Officer to lead SharePoint Records Integrations on a contract basis for six months.

Position Overview

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and facilitate seamless information exchange.
  • Extract data from HPE Content Manager 9 using Print Merge and DataPort, ensuring efficient record management.
  • Engage effectively with end-users, vendors, and ICT stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Clean up records data and assist end-users with old-to-new mapping of SharePoint online.
  • Collaborate with the project team to track progress, report findings, and conduct research analysis.
  • Possess excellent computer literacy skills in MS Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, HPE Content Manager 9 or HPE Records Manager 8.
  • Demonstrate superior interpersonal and communication skills, with proven experience in engaging internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Show strong problem-solving abilities and autonomy to manage competing demands, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Be flexible, adaptable, and able to re-prioritize tasks in response to unforeseen issues, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven problem identification and problem-solving skills, including recording data, analyzing, and reporting issues concisely in plain language.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks, follow instructions, and collaborate with a team to deliver project outcomes for Information Management.
  • Familiarity with document extraction in Content Manager 9 or Records Manager 8; and navigation and usage of SharePoint Online.
