Job Title:

Global Learning Programme Manager

As a senior member of our team, you will lead the development and delivery of high-quality learning programmes that enhance student employability and prepare them for success in the global environment. Your role will involve securing funding, building partnerships with government departments and overseas institutions, and developing strategic plans to promote our university's international engagement.

The successful candidate will drive the growth of our global learning programmes, develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and facilitate effective risk management and compliance. You will have a relevant degree or extensive experience in a higher educational setting, experience in developing and operationalising strategic plans, policies and frameworks, and a proven track record in securing and managing grants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver innovative global learning programmes that meet the needs of students and employers.
  • Secure funding and build partnerships with key stakeholders to support programme development.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to promote our university's international engagement.
  • Manage programme budgets and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or extensive experience in a higher educational setting.
  • Experience in developing and operationalising strategic plans, policies and frameworks.
  • Proven track record in securing and managing grants.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, representational abilities, initiative, problem-solving, leadership and time-management skills.
