As a Clinical Care Co-ordinator, you will work with mental health clinicians to embed clinical best practices into business as usual processes across the CHQ system.

You will deliver professional clinical mental health services as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to optimise psycho-social outcomes for children and young people with severe and complex mental health problems and disorders, and their families and carers.
