Delivering mental health clinical expertise and service development within the Children's Health Queensland CYMHS - Acute Response Team is a rewarding challenge. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting clinical pathways and providing clinical leadership.
About The Role- This is a mid-senior level position that sits within the Acute Response Team (ART) to support our acute response services.
- The Clinical Care Co-Ordinator will coordinate high-level clinical strategies by planning, coordinating, and evaluating interventions and postvention plans.
- Key responsibilities include applying clinical knowledge to implement evidence-based strategies, supporting education and training, and providing high-level clinical services.
- The Acute Response Team operates 24/7 to provide timely and responsive support for acute mental health presentations or concerns.
- Our team provides face-to-face mental health assessments, crisis phone services, and follow-up support for consumers of CHQ catchment.
- Making a difference: Deliver a combination of clinical and non-clinical work with purpose.
