to join our dynamic team.

is a highly reputable and respected disability support service providing essential care and high-quality support to enrich the lives of our customers. Kirinari employs over 1400 staff across VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, and TAS.
About The Position
As a Team Leader, you will oversee the implementation of individualised supports within supported independent living accommodation settings (SIL/Group Homes). You will strengthen the knowledge and abilities of our Support Worker team to ensure a person-centered and high-quality culture within the program.
You will provide direct support and lead your team across a range of customer needs including domestic and personal care assistance, as well as helping our customers access and positively connect with the community. This position ensures the operation of SILs with administrative functions while providing leadership and mentoring to a team of Disability Support Workers to support and develop their skills.
This is a Part-time Permanent position, commencing as soon as practicable.
About You
Previous experience of 3-5 years in the health sector is highly regarded.
Experience in supported employment or day programs as a Team Leader/Supervisor is preferable.
Cert 4 or higher in a related field.
Demonstrated leadership and management experience is highly regarded.
Ability and willingness to work shift work, including sleepovers/active nights, weekends, and public/school holidays, with significant availability.
Resilience, confidence, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships.
Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement.
Ability to obtain paid NSW and VIC Working with Children Checks prior to commencement.
Proficiency in using computers and various software/programs.
A smartphone.
Current Driver's Licence.
