Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate mental health professional to join our clinical team. This role involves providing assessment and therapy across the lifespan, with room to focus on your areas of interest.

You will see a sustainable caseload of around six sessions or equivalent report-writing hours per day, so your workload is structured and manageable. We offer flexible days and hours and a supportive environment focused on clinician wellbeing.

This position requires a strong understanding of adult and child development, including the capacity to understand human behavior and performance. You must be able to apply this knowledge in a practical setting, taking into account factors such as individual differences, motivation, and group processes.
