We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to lead the development of nursing knowledge and skills.
- To provide educational leadership and strategic direction in continuing professional development activities.
- The clinical educator collaborates with the Learning Team to ensure continuing professional development activities align with clinical excellence standards.
- Identifies and prioritises the professional development needs of nursing staff and learners, facilitating their growth and success.
- A postgraduate qualification in Emergency Nursing is highly regarded.
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with APHRA.
- Current clinical experience in paediatric nursing.
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is preferred.
- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve effectively.
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to patient care and management.
- The ability to foster friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
