Customer Experience Expert for Telstra Retail

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Expert for Telstra Retail. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading telecommunications company and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to customers in-store. You will have a strong passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
You will be part of a high-performing team that thrives on making sure our customers connect faster, better, smarter. Every day is different, and you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly motivated, results-driven, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
