About the Opportunity:
We're a dynamic, fast-paced dental practice focused on delivering exceptional patient care. Our team is warm and supportive, offering a wide range of treatments to cater to diverse needs.
As an Associate Dentist, you'll enjoy working with us on a part-time basis, typically 3-4 days a week. You'll have the potential to earn a significant income due to our attractive commission structure.
We provide a flexible schedule, with no targets and full clinical freedom to practice in your preferred style. Our relocation package and internal education programs are designed to support your career growth.
A successful candidate will possess:
- Current registration as a Dental Practitioner with AHPRA
- 5+ years experience as a Dentist
- Strong commitment to patient care and empathy
- Proficiency in all areas of dentistry
- Effective communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of infection control protocols
- Initiative and excellent organisational skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
