Job Title: Lead Underground Mining Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused individual to lead our underground mining crews as a Shift Boss at the Plutonic Gold Mine in Western Australia.

This is a long-term opportunity with a leading gold producer, offering a competitive salary package and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate underground mining crews to safely and efficiently achieve daily production targets.
  • Maintain compliance with all site safety and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Underground Foreman and other leaders to optimize underground operations.
Requirements
  • WA Underground Supervisor's Certificate of Competency
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar underground mining role
  • Strong knowledge of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • A strong safety mindset and a solid work ethic
  • A current 'C' class WA Driver's Licence
