Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating underground mining crews to achieve daily production targets while maintaining a safe working environment.

  • Coordinate the work of underground mining teams to ensure efficient and productive operations.
  • Collaborate with the Underground Foreman and other leaders to optimize underground operations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A WA Underground Supervisor's Certificate of Competency
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar underground mining role
  • Strong knowledge of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills
  • A strong safety mindset and a solid work ethic
  • A current C class WA Driver's Licence
