Employee Relations Business Partner Job Opportunity
">The organization is seeking a skilled Employee Relations Business Partner to support complex employee and industrial relations matters. This newly created role will be responsible for building internal capability and providing strategic advice on industrial relations.

- Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies">
- Provide expert advice on industrial instruments and Enterprise Agreements">
- Liaise with unions and manage industrial relations risks">
- Represent the organization in tribunals and negotiate agreements">
- Advise and coach leaders on employee relations matters">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
">• Knowledge of employee and industrial relations, including industrial instruments and Enterprise Agreements
">• Proven negotiation skills, with experience resolving conflicts and leading enterprise bargaining
">• Ability to advise and coach leaders, develop ER frameworks, and represent the organization in tribunals
">• Experience liaising with unions and managing industrial relations risks
">• Skilled in using data to drive change and strong communication and stakeholder management skills
">• Preferred: Experience in large or public sector organizations, familiarity with interest-based bargaining
