We are seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to drive engagement and support key marketing initiatives.

About The Job

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting a range of marketing activities, from content creation to digital marketing and CRM campaigns. Working closely with the marketing team and external agencies, you'll enhance brand awareness, manage online presence, and track marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support event planning, including invitation management, creative design, and on-site event support.
  • Develop compelling content for social media, blogs, and email marketing using Canva.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and customer segmentation through HubSpot.
  • Maintain and update our website using WordPress/Elementor.
  • Enhance our LinkedIn presence by creating and managing multiple business profiles.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with external creative agencies for content development and branding initiatives.

About You:

You are a motivated and organized marketing professional who excels in multiple marketing functions. You have a strong ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably in professional services or corporate environments.
  2. Proficiency in Canva, HubSpot (or similar CRM), LinkedIn, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
  3. Experience in email marketing, content creation, and social media management.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
