About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in supporting the creation and testing of email campaigns, as well as ensuring product enrichment across our Australian, UK, and US storefronts.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building, creating, and testing email campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure accuracy and optimisation;
  • Product management and upload, including product descriptions, tagging, and complete the looks;
  • Maintaining and merchandising all products across 3 storefronts (AU & US & UK);
  • Ensuring all website product merchandising aligns with the marketing calendar to increase sales, conversion, and brand aesthetic;
  • Reviewing content and descriptions across the site to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms;
  • Working closely with buyers to manage the process between stock arrivals and online publication and merchandising;
  • Coordinating with buyers and designers regarding sample organisation;
  • Creating new categories on the website and populating current collections with styles;
  • Collaborating closely with the e-commerce team and website developers to maintain and enhance our AU, UK & US websites.
Requirements
  • E-commerce platform experience is desirable but not essential;
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR, Digital Marketing (or similar) is desirable but not essential;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A willingness and ability to learn fast and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work well both within a team and autonomously.
