About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Property Manager with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Property Manager with the management of over 200 properties
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure timely and effective communication
  • Complete routine, entry, and exit inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained
  • Assist with maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Carry out regular rent and lease reviews to ensure optimal rental income
  • Utilize REST software to manage property data and reports
Requirements
  • 6 months of previous Property Management experience
  • QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner and time management
  • Corporate presentation and valid driver's license
