What We're Looking For:

* At least 10 years as an Estimator with a commercial construction company, managing projects up to $15 million.

* Background in both commercial and residential construction.

* Detail-oriented with exceptional planning and organisational abilities, with a knack for balancing stakeholder needs and timeframes.

* Highly proficient in communicating and diplomatically handling interactions.

* Strong skills in multi-tasking, initiative-taking, and problem-solving to ensure project success.

* Excellent computer skills and willingness to embrace new software programs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and deliver detailed estimates for all costs associated with potential construction projects, adhering to Tender documentation or Client scope of works.

* Analyse project documentation to identify cost implications and areas for cost-saving opportunities.

* Review and interpret project drawings and specifications to ensure accurate estimations.

* Select tendering opportunities aligning with the Director's strategic vision and business goals.

* Drive the productivity and efficiency of the Estimating Team while mentoring and supporting their development.
