Digital Experience Lead

The role involves overseeing daily management and optimisation of our websites and eCommerce platform, ensuring they operate smoothly, are visually appealing, and engage our audiences effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operation and enhancement of our digital platforms, maintaining their performance and user experience.
- Monitor analytics and user behaviour to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in digital engagement, accessibility, and customer experience.
- Support search engine optimisation (SEO) efforts and suggest opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on digital projects and feature rollouts.
- Provide data-driven insights and reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience managing digital platforms, preferably with a CMS such as Shopify.
- Strong understanding of digital best practices, including some knowledge of UI/UX and SEO principles.
- Confidence in using analytics tools to track performance and recommend improvements.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- A collaborative style, able to explain technical concepts in clear terms.
- Experience working with marketing automation software is desirable.
