Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Precast Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the control and management of the Precast Production teams, ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in supervision and leadership roles. They will be able to read and understand design plans and drawings, and have excellent communication skills to liaise with staff, stakeholders, and clients.

The role involves chairing daily pre-start meetings, delegating tasks to staff, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training employees to meet competency levels, and maintaining accurate records and paperwork.
