Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient sales strategies to maximize coverage and effectiveness.
- Plan and execute customer growth initiatives to increase sales and market share.
- Achieve financial targets, including sales, margin, share of wallet, share of shelf, and share of voice.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Apparel or Footwear background preferred.
- Strong commercial and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Business to Customer or Business to Business selling and servicing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Experience in contract and tender development.
