Life Insurance Sales Role

As a Life Solutions Specialist, you will lead referral opportunities to promote life insurance products. You will maximise inbound and outbound call opportunities, and provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost revenue growth, member acquisition and enhance the value of the members and prospects relationship.

This is a full time permanent role, based at Parramatta with hybrid working available. Responsibilities include:

  • Handle all sale enquiries on life insurance products, provide accurate information to customers

  • Promote products and recommend suitable policy options

  • Build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional customer service

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and other KPIs

  • Effective pipeline management

About You

You will be results driven and able to work to sales targets. To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous sales experience within a contact centre (life insurance experience preferred)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills over the phone

  • A strong drive and motivation to succeed

  • Resilience and good problem solving skills with a positive, can do attitude and willingness to embrace change

  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team to achieve sales and performance targets

  • Ability to work under pressure
