  • Manage the telephone switchboard and respond to incoming calls and enquiries, forwarding as necessary.
  • Greet and welcome visitors to the office, including staff, consultants, patients, and other external visitors.
  • Book appointments, provide and complete paperwork, and communicate relevant information to ensure visitor comfort.
  • Liaise with team members, customers, and external agencies to compile assessment information, records, and documentation.
  • Process billable cancellations and coordinate courier deliveries as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
