Lime Radiology is part of the Imaging Queensland and Integral Diagnostic group, one of the largest Radiology providers in Australia with practices located in Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania, SA, WA and New Zealand. Imaging Queensland currently operates quality assured practices that provide Medical Imaging and Radiology services under a number of different brands on the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay region, Brisbane CBD and Central Queensland. ABOUT THE ROLE

Lime Radiology has the opportunity for a motivated full-time Medical Receptionist to join our busy front desk. You will deliver outstanding customer service for patients wishing to book and attend appointments that include X-ray, Ultrasound to CT services.

This is a full-time permanent position - working a 9-day fortnight - Monday to Friday, rostered between the hours of 8.00am-5pm.

WHAT A DAY LOOKS LIKE

  • First impression of the practice as you meet and greet patients at the front desk.
  • Cash handling and patient account processing to include Medicare and Health funds.
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in company training sessions.
  • Comply with procedures, policies, regulations and standards which impact upon the position and the Radiology Department, such as workplace health and safety, and other HR policies.
  • Liaise with referrers, doctors, and patients for delivery of patient medical results.

ABOUT YOU

  • Medical, Dental, Allied Health Care, Hospital or Radiology, Medical Imaging experience in front desk highly regarded.
  • Aptitude for understanding medical terminology.
  • Bookings system knowledge and strong computer skills.
  • Excellent presentation, a high level of communication and patient care skills - be welcoming and friendly
