School Grounds Maintenance Professional

This part-time role is an opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of a school environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the school grounds, facilities and buildings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and repairing school equipment and machinery
- Undertaking routine and conditional maintenance tasks as identified during facilities audits
- Arranging and managing school-based contractors for routine and/or urgent facilities maintenance
- Identifying requirements and being competent in using a variety of tools to perform maintenance tasks and repairs around the school
The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining buildings and grounds, including the ability to follow procedures, OHS practices and protocols.
This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to relate to a wide range of people in a school environment.
