Job Overview

As a Learning Design Specialist, you'll turn complex concepts into clear, compelling learning journeys for diverse audiences. You'll partner with stakeholders to co-create impactful solutions and explore emerging tools and methodologies.

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop innovative learning experiences.
  • Experience designing for varied audiences and learning contexts, with a focus on impact and inclusivity.
  • Demonstrated experience in evidence-based learning design practices.
  • Confidence with digital tools and platforms, such as Articulate 360 and Vyond.
  • Stakeholder management experience, including effective internal and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Project management experience, with strong time management and outcome delivery skills.
