  • Drive Sales and Exceed Targets: You will be responsible for driving sales and exceeding targets by delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Recruit, Train, and Develop the Team: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing your team to achieve their full potential, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with the brand's values.
  • Manage Inventory and Store Administration: You will be responsible for managing inventory, stock levels, and store administration, ensuring that the concession is running smoothly and efficiently.
