Job Overview

As a UX and Conversion Strategist, you will play a key role in driving the success of our clients' digital experiences. Your primary focus will be to build strong relationships with clients and use your expertise to analyze data, develop solutions, communicate, collaborate, influence, and execute A/B tests to achieve their website performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and goals
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement optimization plans
  • Lead and execute CRO programs
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver results

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
