Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with academics to design engaging digital content and activities aligned with best practices.
  • Deliver training sessions to empower staff in using online environments effectively.
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify and integrate relevant learning resources for online delivery.
  • Apply established templates and protocols within the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless course delivery.
  • Support academics in developing courses and units by providing expertise in digital technologies that enhance learning outcomes.
  • Assist in various online development projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

Requirements
  • A degree or diploma in education and training, with relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal abilities to negotiate and facilitate outcomes with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, contributing to technology-enabled learning and teaching projects.
  • Strong customer service skills, responding appropriately to clients' needs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Success in developing learning designs/curriculum in higher education and/or vocational education and training is desirable.
