Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule client meetings with Advisers, coordinating availability and preferences.
  • Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for their SMSFs.
  • Assist in the implementation process, ensuring all paperwork and processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Update Xplan post communication with clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and enhance the client experience.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF) and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
