Aged Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Support Worker to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, providing high-quality care and support in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering person-centered care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
Essential Qualifications- A minimum Certificate III qualification in Aged Care, Individual Support, or a relevant field;
- A current acceptable Criminal History Check;
- Full vaccination for COVID (including booster);
- A Yellow Card/ NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to apply).
