We are seeking a visionary Enterprise Security Architect to lead the development of our technological roadmap, ensuring it meets staff needs and manages friction associated with security. This role is part of a cross-functional architecture group that drives the overarching technology vision for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define business-aligned architectural strategies for workforce identity, enterprise network, security, and employee-facing technology platforms.
  • Evaluate our technology to ensure it meets staff needs and minimizes security-related friction.
  • Collaborate with other members of the architecture group to shape the technological vision and integrate it into our broader business strategy.
  • Design controls and frameworks that meet user personas across the company.
  • Collaborate with team members from Security, Enterprise Technology, and Workforce Identity to capture requirements and influence decision making.
  • Maintain architectural integrity and scalability of security systems and staff-facing platforms.
  • Guide the selection of technologies and design solutions that are secure, robust, and scalable.
  • Drive the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of enterprise technologies, including staff collaboration tools, business applications, audio-visual, and messaging technologies and networking technologies.
  • Security technology and controls, ideally in a cloud-native, technology product context, including endpoint security, cloud-security posture management, detection and response automation, and GRC automation.
  • Workforce identity and access management technologies, including Access Management, User Access Reviews, Privileged Access Management, Automated provisioning, and deprovisioning.
  • Cloud technologies and software architecture patterns.
  • Extensive experience (ideally 10+ years) in related roles, including 3+ years in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading large-scale architectural projects.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and FinOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Forward-thinking and innovative, with a passion for staying ahead of technology trends and leveraging them to drive business success.
