We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Operations and Collections team at Erskine Park NSW.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in both the Operations and Collections departments, with no day being the same. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering and promoting safe working behaviours and adhering to our safety standards and OHS requirements
  • Following daily route and time schedules while maintaining regular communication with senior supervisors and customer services managers
  • Picking up goods at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring adherence to SOPs and other approved work practices
  • Loading and unloading vehicles according to company standards
  • Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and organization
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Processing electronic customer invoices in real-time at customer sites
  • Reporting missed or cleaned-out collections as soon as possible to customer services managers
  • Performing other duties as requested by management

About You:

We are looking for someone with a good work ethic and employment history. You should have a basic understanding of safe work practices and manual handling. A successful pre-employment medical/physical assessment and satisfactory police check are also required. In addition, you must hold a valid driver's licence and forklift licence, and have experience with skid steer loaders and excavators.
