Interior Design Expert Wanted

Create and deliver exceptional interior design projects by developing strategic concepts, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating across all stages from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and coordinate comprehensive interior design documentation packages using Revit and relevant software tools
  • Manage project tasks independently, delivering high-quality work across multiple phases (concept development, design implementation, documentation)
  • Lead material and finishes selections, assist junior team members, and review documentation to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Liaise with clients and consultants, attend site visits, and participate in meetings to discuss project progress and requirements
  • Maintain design excellence and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards and internal QA procedures
About You:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture or equivalent tertiary education is required
  • Proven experience across all design phases, including large-scale and small-scale projects with a focus on technical and creative skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, InDesign, SketchUp, and Photoshop is essential for this role
  • Ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects, mentor junior staff, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
  • Emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and resilience under pressure are highly valued traits for this position
