Job Summary

The Administration Officer will be responsible for managing a portfolio of research and consultancy contracts. They will coordinate project milestones, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of contract data.
  • Coordinate project milestones with researchers and finance teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date records using the Research Management Platform and TRIM.
  • Provide administration support to the team.
  • Collaborate within the team to deliver efficient customer service.
Requirements
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in administration, preferably with contracts or general legal knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to provide timely advice.
  • Proficient in computer software packages.
