Job Overview

The Research Office is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support the administration of research contracts and agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer a portfolio of templated research and consultancy contracts.
  • Coordinate allocated project milestones and deadlines.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and data management systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the Research & Industry Agreements team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A completion of an undergraduate degree with some relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Demonstrated experience in administration of functions governed by complex criteria and guidelines, preferably with contracts or general legal experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to formulate clear and concise transfer of information to stakeholders.
