">Job Description:

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our Civil Engineering activities in the Energy market sector.

As a key member of our Power & Energy team, you will provide strategic direction and operational excellence for our Civil Engineering team within the Energy market sector.

This leadership role is responsible for ensuring technical capability development, mobilization of resources, and achievement of business objectives.

You will collaborate with regional and state managers to manage client relationships, achieve sustainable growth through targeted client relationship management and business development activity, and transition regional based business models to a national service model.

Additionally, you will effectively manage and lead a team of direct reports to ensure optimal performance, resourcing, retention, and professional development.

">About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline (essential);
  • Post-graduate qualifications in an appropriate discipline (highly regarded);
  • Project Management qualification (desirable);
  • 10-15+ years industry experience managing the Civil aspects of Energy Projects successfully, to specifications;
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in managing & leading a team effectively for performance and cohesion;
  • High-level communication skills, including negotiating and resolving commercial, technical, and people matters;
  • Thorough understanding of the local external Market and skills to translate this knowledge to projects and people;
