We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Research Registrar in Immunology and Allergy. This role will provide an opportunity to develop your expertise in clinical research and work with a multidisciplinary team.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop your professional skills in immunology and allergy, and acquire specific knowledge and skills in clinical research within a multidisciplinary team.
- Undertake regular assessments and performance reviews, participate in educational programs, and meet mandatory training requirements.
- Model professionalism by respecting confidentiality, patient dignity, and effective communication at the primary patient care level.
- Contribute to a culture of high standards in delivering good clinical practice.
- Provide clinical services and support planning for clients under your management.
- Promote the ethical protection and safety of children and contribute to the centre's activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of medical records, and complete timely reports and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with professional staff, patients, and families to advise on and implement major care decisions.
