Lead Venue Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Venue Operations Manager to lead our thriving Heidelberg venue.

About the Role
  • Leads a strong team, fostering a culture of progression, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Drives venue performance by managing sales, customer experience, safety, labor, COGS, and team engagement to meet key KPIs.
  • Delivers an unforgettable experience by coaching staff, responding to feedback, and ensuring seamless venue operations.
  • A safety leader overseeing procedures, managing risk, and ensuring compliance across all operations.
  • Develops and grows staff through training, coaching, and leadership programs.
  • Ensures smooth venue operations by managing venue presentation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency so every customer has an exceptional experience.
  • Collaborates with support teams to execute national strategies and bring the BOUNCE experience to life.
About You
  • A strong sense of ownership – you lead from the front, take accountability, and make things happen.
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment (hospitality, retail, fitness, recreation, or similar).
  • A passion for developing young teams, with experience leading, coaching, and mentoring 16-24-year-olds.
  • A commercial mindset – you know how to drive revenue, control costs, and hit performance targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proactive, solution-driven approach to challenges.
  • Customer-first thinking – you thrive on creating magic moments and ensuring every guest leaves with an incredible experience.
  • Resilience and adaptability – you stay cool under pressure, embrace challenges, and bring positivity every day.
